Hair Stylist

As a hair stylist at Joshua Lawrence Salon we hold our stylists and ourselves to a high standard. We expect to keep a clean working area while fulfilling the varied wishes of our guests. We focus on strong consultation skills and continued education on products and techniques to deliver “over the moon” satisfaction to our guests. We work as a team to ensure everyone can live up to the potential we see in all of our team members. If you see something, do something. Sweeping, shampooing, even helping fellow stylists formulate color or plan of action for color placement or hair cutting to achieve the best outcome is encouraged when asked for. When one person is successful we all benefit. Guests recognize harmony in a team and we want everyone who walks through the door of Joshua Lawrence Salon to immediately feel at ease. We have an open door policy with staff and guests in order to feel comfortable addressing any challenges or issues promptly with management as they might arise.

Stylist Assistant

Salon Assistants help hair stylists with all tasks, greet guests by delivering outstanding customer service while providing high quality shampoos and conditioning treatments. Assist guests and team members as needed to keep the salon flowing smoothly, accurately and thoroughly.

Guest Service Representative

Guest Service Representatives are the first point of contact that salon guests have when entering or calling the salon. A friendly smile and warm welcome at the front desk will work to benefit the salon by making the guest feel comfortable and welcome. You will be booking and confirming appointments for both guests in the salon and over the phone. Learning and understanding guests' needs and salon services are important with this position.
