Cancelations

We ask that if you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason that you give us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may incur a 50% charge for the services you are scheduled for that will need to be paid before any future appointment.


If a stylist is running late for an upcoming appointment, we will do our best to notify you at least 15-30 minutes ahead of time. We ask that if you are running late to your appointment, please call ahead to notify us. If you are running 15 minutes behind on an appointment, that appointment may be subject to being rescheduled.

Children

We love children here at Joshua Lawrence Salon, but due to the layout of the salon, we ask that children be brought to the salon only if they are receiving services or are being supervised by another adult you receive services. For your enjoyment as well as the other guests in the salon, children may not be left unsupervised for any reason.

We appreciate feedback on your visit to Joshua Lawrence Salon so we can make this the best experience possible. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service or time with us, please let us know within 7 days after your appointment so we can discuss how to remedy your concerns.
